FAQ Return & Refund policy

After received orders within 1-3 days any return of the product for any reasons including:
- Damage of item(s)
- Defect of item(s)
- Wrong colours / wording of designs on item(s)

Return only applicable to inform Heypii of the circumstances to return item(s) purchased within the first 3 days.
Customers are responsible to use any courier to ship back the item(s) during return of the item(s) purchased.
Once Heypii has received the item during return, then a new item will only be arranged.

Within 7-14 days of receiving the orders, if there is any issue of the item(s) that causes dissatisfaction, no return or any refund is applicable.
